Flavour Profile
Sweet and sour with a caramelised zing.
The caramelised balsamic is a sweet addition to any dish. It is an old classic that got a modern upgrade, but remains as tasty as ever. It has a lot of health benefits too, from lowering blood cholesterol levels to improving skin complexion, the caramelised balsamic is a must have product if you are health conscious in your cooking.
Made from
Caramelised balsamic is made by cooking traditional balsamic vinegar until the liquid component evaporates and leaves back a thick concentrate. This sticky, sweet fluid is what packs all the flavour from the vinegar and also the health benefits. This cooking process draws out the sugar, which appears as the caramelised glaze. From Michelin chefs to home cooks, the caramelised balsamic is enjoyed by a lot of people across the world. It is about time it finds a place in your kitchen too.
Best Used for
Caramelised balsamic can be used over any salad dressing, or over desserts such as ice creams, and yoghourts. It can also be used as a dressing by combining with extra virgin olive oil, or a dip for crusty breads. Add it to soups, stews, and sauces to give them an extra sweetness and zing. Drizzle it over roasted vegetables like brussels sprouts, asparagus, green beans, or meats like steak, chicken, pork, and salmon. Since it is acidic, it can be used to make several cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. It goes well with bourbon and rum, and packs a punch to lemonades too. Make a marinate for your meats by adding rosemary, sage, garlic, shallots, and salt to the balsamic and applying the mixture generously before grilling the meats. Combine the balsamic with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt & pepper to make a dipping sauce to pair with your dishes.
Pairs with
The caramelised balsamic can be used as it is, but it will taste even better when paired with extra virgin olive oil, parmesan, blue cheese, feta, and mozzarella.

Okay, so I just had this Caramelised Balsamic, and I can’t keep it to myself, it’s seriously amazing. What’s even better is it’s not just a treat for your taste buds; it’s got some health perks too. Now, the fun part – how to use it. Well, I’m also experimenting for now, but I think possibilities are endless!

So, I just received this Caramelised Balsamic! I’m grateful, the delivery was quick. Without losing a moment, I went to kitchen to try this thing and share the review. I must say, it tastes good. Drizzle it over salads, or mix it with extra virgin olive oil for dressing. I even tried it as a dip for some crusty bread.
