Are the products on Aussie Basket entirely sourced from Australia?

Yes. We source all our products from within Australia. However, certain unique ingredients in these products could have come from other places. We take pride in enabling the local community by sourcing directly from them. This helps us to provide maximum value to both the end consumers and also the farmers and cultivators.

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship our products from 136, Jardin Road, Wollert, Victoria – 3750. We ensure that your order is properly packed and secured during shipping. However, we can’t ensure the same during transit.

I see an “Out of Stock” label on a select few products? When will you restock them?

We take utmost care to ensure that all products are on sale for your convenience. If any product goes out of stock, you can expect it to come back in stock within 3 days. 

This is not applicable to seasonal products that are available only during a few months in a year.


Do you offer free shipping for your products?

Yes, we provide free and secure shipping for our customers. However, there is a minimum order value of AUD100 for it to qualify for free shipping. Otherwise there will be a minimal shipping charge on your orders.

I’ve placed my order but I didn’t receive any confirmation.

If your payment has been successful, you need not worry. Sometimes, the servers could take extra time to send you confirmation emails.

If your payment has failed, you can try again. If you face repeated problems, kindly contact us for knowing alternate ways to make the payment & place the order.

I placed my order but I didn’t receive my product.

If your order has been successful, you need not worry. We pack & send all the orders within 2 days. At times, the logistics company could take extra time depending on the location & weather conditions. At any rate, you need not worry

If your payment has failed & you didn’t receive any confirmation, your payment will be automatically reverted to the same account that you have made the transaction.

I’ve placed my order but I want to make changes to it.

We’re sorry. We don’t provide options to make changes after placing your order. We pack and send your orders within 48 business hours. So, it will not be possible to make changes after shipping them.

Can I add a gift pack?

If you are ordering our Aussie Basket products to gift to anyone, you can indicate the same in the notes while placing your orders. 

You can call or send a mail with the order details to us.


Can I return the product that I buy on Aussie Basket?

All products on Aussie Basket are gourmet food products. Hence, goods once opened can’t be returned. However, if products have leaked / damaged during transit, we offer a replacement on providing photo and video evidence of the same.
