Order Processing

  • We ship from Wollert, Victoria, Australia
  • We attempt to process orders within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive and email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you require any assistance with your order please contact us immediately at We will not be able to make changes to order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.
  • Once shipped, your order is the responsibility of Australia Post, we cannot guarantee the time or place of delivery – eg. post office for pickup or delivered to your street address.

Damaged Goods

  • If the goods are damaged in transit due to our packaging not being suitable we will resend your order. However, the return is approved on a case by case basis. You need to return the product at your own cost. Upon receiving the damaged product, we will send you the product at no extra cost.

How to check the status of my order

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

  • If we have mistakenly provided an incorrect product or out of date product we will gladly refund the specific items that are incorrect.
  • If the entire order is incorrect we will refund the entire amount of funds including the shipping fees.
  • Given that we are a food producer we do not accept exchange or returns of goods.
  • In the event of Aussie Basket sending the incorrect product we will gladly provide the choice of a refund or the correct product to be sent.
