Robinvale Estate’s Lemon Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a must have in your pantry if you love the smell of fresh lime in your preparations. Use it as dips, dressings, and as a glaze over vegetables, meats, seafood, pasta, and breads.

Made From

The Lemon Pressed Olive oil is hand made by cold pressing fresh lime with extra virgin olive oil. The oil is taken as the base and cut lime is added to it. The mixture is then pressed together until the citric acid from the lime seeps into the olive oil. The result is an aromatic oil that smells like freshness. It will fill your kitchen into a sweet lime flavour every time you use it on your recipes.

Best Used For

Lemon Pressed Olive Oil can be used in a number of ways. Sprinkle it over your spicy salsa and guacamole dips to infuse the flavours into them. You can also mix it with balsamic and create a citrusy, tangy marinade for your steaks, chicken, pork, and turkey. Drizzle the oil over roasted corn, black beans, mixed greens, and fresh fruit salads for that lemony zing. You can even sauté scallops, shrimp, spinach, kale, or collard greens with the oil and create simple yet flavourful suppers. The oil goes brilliantly over corn on the cob, grilled fish, and avocado toast.

Pairs with

Lemon Presses Olive Oil pairs well with citrus flavoured balsamic, cheeses like parmesan, butter, and mayonnaise.

I absolutely loved this lemon-flavoured extra virgin olive oil! It’s a must-have in my kitchen from now onwards. I often use this oil for veggies, meats, seafood, pasta, and bread. However, I also think that oil can also go perfectly with salsa, guacamole, marinades, salads, and even sautéed dishes. It all depends on your cooking skills.

Quite interesting! you can sense the aromatic oil with a sweet lime flavor which is because the oil is made by cold pressing fresh lime with extra virgin olive oil. Overall, I found the oil quite versatile as it allows me to experiment with flavours, although it may not be a game-changer for every cuisine. It pairs well with most of my recipes.

  3. Nick Wright

My mother recently tried this lemon olive oil, and it’s a winner! If you love that fresh lime zest vibe, this one’s for you. She has been using it on everything from salads to grilled veggies, and it it is something our entire family just loved. Seriously, give it a shot if you’re looking to add a citrusy kick to your dishes!
