The Lemon Pressed Olive oil is hand made by cold pressing fresh lime with extra virgin olive oil. The oil is taken as the base and cut lime is added to it. The mixture is then pressed together until the citric acid from the lime seeps into the olive oil. The result is an aromatic oil that smells like freshness.     I absolutely loved this lemon-flavoured extra virgin olive oil! It’s a must-have in my kitchen from now onwards. I often use this oil for veggies, meats, seafood, pasta, and bread. However, I also think that oil can also go perfectly with salsa, guacamole, marinades, salads, and even sautéed dishes. It all depends on your cooking skills.

    Quite interesting! you can sense the aromatic oil with a sweet lime flavor which is because the oil is made by cold pressing fresh lime with extra virgin olive oil. Overall, I found the oil quite versatile as it allows me to experiment with flavours, although it may not be a game-changer for every cuisine. It pairs well with most of my recipes.
