Made From

Fresh blueberries are cooked with the best balsamic vinegars to bring out their flavours together. This mixture produces a thick, sweet, and flavourful balsamic glaze. Potato starch, white sugar, and brown sugar, palm sugar are then added in varying proportions to give the glaze a sweet taste. The result is the iconic savoury blueberry balsamic vinegar that goes well with any food. 

Best Used for

The caramelised blueberry balsamic vinegar is suitable for all three meals. For breakfast, you can add it with a little yoghourt, some fresh fruits and drizzle it over pancakes, toasts, bagels, or even English muffins. It brings in an excellent sweetness to your oatmeal too. As for lunch, the balsamic can be sprinkled over fried asparagus, roasted pumpkin, fresh spinach, chicken salad, or chicken wrap, or even a chicken sandwich. It is much better than mayonnaise, and a healthier option as well. Some of our customers use it over shrimp tacos with cilantro, and also over smoked salmon. For dinner, you can add it over your grilled, or baked chicken, a cob of corn, or even a spinach, pear, & blue cheese salad. The sweetness in the balsamic makes it an ideal choice over desserts such as cheesecakes, brownies, yoghourts, and milkshakes. 

Pairs with

The caramelised blueberry balsamic pairs well with olive oil, blue cheese, mozzarella, basil, harissa or hot chilli pepper paste, Tuscan herb olive oils, and Persian lime.

    I just stumbled upon this mind-blowing Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar just a few months ago and now I’m a repetitive buyer of aussie basket! I’ve been putting this goodness on everything, I’m using it on pancakes, mixing it with yogurt and actively trying some other recipes. I’m not good at cooking though, but ingredient is polishing up my skill.

    So, I’ve been experimenting, and trust me, it’s not just for salads. My lunch got a major upgrade too ever since I began using it with chicken wraps, even shrimp tacos with cilantro. And dinner? Grilled chicken is becoming more favourite to me because the vinegar is infusing quality Flavors in the feast.
