Made From

The base is made from hand-picked tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, paprika, coriander, cumin, fenugreek and other spices like cloves, cinnamon. A pinch of sugar and vinegar is added to accentuate the taste with a tangy and sweet twist. Sun flower oil is used to cook all these ingredients. On top of these ingredients, Vindaloo contains Mamaji’s special masala that differentiates the product from the rest. Vindaloo may contain traces of nuts and seeds that are present along with spices.

Mamaji’s Vindaloo can be used for preparing all your vegetables and meat based curries and masala fried dishes. Use it for your preparation of aloo, paneer, tofu, beef, pork, prawn, chicken and other meats too. The onion and garlic combo gives a unique taste to all the dishes you prepare with Vindaloo. Tomato and vinegar gives that tangy taste to the finished curries. Best used for making curries that go well with parathas, rotis, naan, and other Indian breads.
