The Balsamic & Oregano Dressing is a hand-made product imported from the Robinvale Estate in Australia. It combines the traditional taste of balsamic vinegar to the rich flavours of oregano and makes for an amazing dressing over Mediterranean dishes. Use it over salads, and meats, fresh and cooked for your choice.

Made From

The Balsamic & Oregano Dressing is made by taking balsamic vinegar as the base. Murray Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil is added to the vinegar along with white sugar, brown sugar, palm sugar, and potato starch. Once this mixture gets hot enough, fresh tomato, oregano, and salt are added to it. The result is a thick, savoury syrup which simmers with taste.

Best Used for

Use the balsamic & oregano dressing to make fantastic vinaigrettes for Greek and Caprese salads. It helps to keep your greens looking fresh while getting pickled. You can also use it to dress your potatoes, lamb, chicken, steak, and pork. Add it to roasted vegetables like fennel, lettuce, broccoli, and cucumber to give them an herbal flavour.

The balsamic & oregano dressing pairs well with basil, arbosana, roasted onion, cilantro, garlic, gremolata, Persian lime, wild mushrooms, sage, Tuscan herbs, and more.

    My experience with the Balsamic & Oregano Dressing was amazing. According to me, it is a perfect blend of traditional balsamic vinegar. I particularly enjoyed using this dressing to create vinaigrettes for Greek and Caprese salads. I also experimented with it on roasted vegetables, and I can say that it can surely work as a taste enhancer.

    I’ll appreciate the packaging first, it looks premium. Coming to the product, it was a delightful experience for sure. The combination of balsamic vinegar and oregano gave my salads and meats a flavor that most olive oil can’t. You might not like it if you prefer spicy Asian cuisines. But for me, it worked wonders as a dressing for potatoes, lamb, chicken, steak, and pork.
